1. Introduction
This VIP Membership Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the use of VIP membership services provided by LOKTV (“LOKTV”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) through the LOKTV application (“Application”).
By purchasing, activating, or using VIP membership services, users agree to comply with this Agreement.
2. VIP Membership Services
VIP membership services may provide enhanced viewing features and additional in-app benefits, including:
- Additional content access
- Reduced advertising experience for supported content
- Higher playback quality on supported devices and networks
- Offline viewing for supported content
- Playback enhancement features
- Early access to selected features or content
- Other VIP-related benefits available within the Application
VIP benefits may vary depending on region, subscription plan, device compatibility, licensing restrictions, and service updates.
3. Subscription Plans
VIP membership services may be offered through different subscription plans, including:
- Weekly plans
- Monthly plans
- Quarterly plans
- Annual plans
- Promotional plans available within the Application
Available plans, pricing, billing periods, and included features are displayed within the Application at the time of purchase.
4. Billing and Payment
Payments are processed through Apple In-App Purchase or other supported payment methods available within the Application.
Users authorize the selected payment platform to charge the subscription fee associated with the chosen VIP membership plan.
Pricing may vary depending on region, currency, taxes, promotional offers, and platform policies.
5. Automatic Renewal
Certain VIP subscriptions renew automatically unless automatic renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
The user's account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
Renewal charges will be processed through the user's Apple account.
Users may manage or cancel subscriptions through Apple account settings after purchase.
6. Free Trials and Promotional Offers
LOKTV may provide free trials or promotional VIP offers to eligible users.
Unless canceled before the end of the trial period, the subscription may automatically convert to a paid subscription based on the selected plan.
Eligibility for promotional offers may vary and may be limited.
7. Refunds
Purchases and refunds are handled according to the policies of the payment platform used for the transaction, including Apple App Store policies.
LOKTV does not directly process refunds for purchases completed through Apple In-App Purchase.
8. Membership Usage Rules
VIP membership services are intended for personal and non-commercial use only.
Users agree not to:
- Share membership access through unauthorized methods
- Resell or distribute VIP benefits
- Circumvent subscription or payment systems
- Use automated methods to access membership services
- Use membership services in violation of laws or regulations
Violation of these rules may result in restriction or suspension of VIP membership access.
9. Content Availability
VIP membership does not guarantee permanent availability of any specific content, feature, or benefit.
Content and VIP features may change due to licensing arrangements, regional restrictions, operational requirements, or service updates.
10. Service Changes
LOKTV may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue VIP features, subscription plans, pricing, or related services based on operational, technical, legal, maintenance, or security requirements.
Reasonable notice may be provided within the Application before significant changes become effective.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LOKTV shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages related to VIP membership services or subscription use.
12. Privacy
User information related to VIP membership services is handled in accordance with the LOKTV Privacy Policy.
13. Changes to This Agreement
LOKTV may update this Agreement from time to time.
Updated versions will be published within the Application.
Continued use of VIP membership services after updates become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
