1. Overview
This VIP Auto-Renewable Subscription Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the automatically renewing subscription services provided by LOKTV (“we”, “our”, or “us”) through the LOKTV application (“App”).
By purchasing or subscribing to VIP services, you agree to this Agreement and authorize recurring payments based on your selected subscription plan.
2. Subscription Service
LOKTV VIP is a paid auto-renewable subscription that provides access to premium features within the App.
VIP benefits may include:
- Access to additional content
- Enhanced playback experience
- Reduced advertising experience (where applicable)
- Offline viewing (if supported content is available)
- Early access to selected features
Actual features may vary depending on region, device, and content availability.
3. Subscription Plans
Subscription plans may include weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual, or promotional options.
Pricing, billing periods, and features are displayed in the App at the time of purchase.
4. Payment and Billing
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon purchase confirmation.
Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled in advance.
You authorize Apple to charge:
- The applicable subscription fee
- Any applicable taxes based on your region
5. Auto-Renewal Terms
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled.
- Renewal occurs within 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period
- Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within this period
- The renewal term will match your original subscription period
6. Cancellation
You may cancel auto-renewal at any time through your Apple ID settings.
To avoid renewal charges, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
After cancellation:
- You will retain VIP access until the end of the current paid period
- No further charges will be applied unless you resubscribe
Cancellation must be completed in Apple ID subscription settings.
7. Free Trial (If Applicable)
If a free trial is offered:
- The trial period is free of charge
- Unless canceled before the trial ends, the subscription will automatically convert into a paid subscription
- Your Apple ID will be charged when the trial ends based on the selected plan
You may cancel anytime during the trial through Apple ID settings.
8. Price Changes
We may change subscription pricing from time to time.
If pricing changes:
- You will be notified in advance
- Continued use after renewal constitutes acceptance of the new price
9. Refunds
All payments and refunds are handled by Apple.
LOKTV does not directly process refunds. Refund eligibility is subject to Apple’s App Store policies.
10. Subscription Usage Rules
Users agree not to:
- Share subscription access with others
- Resell or transfer VIP benefits
- Attempt to bypass subscription systems
- Use automated tools to access services
Violation may result in suspension of VIP access.
11. Service Changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue subscription features due to:
- Technical improvements
- Legal or regulatory requirements
- Content licensing changes
- Product updates
Where applicable, reasonable notice will be provided in the App.
12. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to VIP services if users violate this Agreement or applicable laws.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LOKTV is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of subscription services.
